1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RABITAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RABITAI provides AI-powered stock market analysis, real-time stock data, price alerts, and portfolio tracking tools. The Service is intended for informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: All information provided through RABITAI is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or professional advice. You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Stock market investments carry risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription and Billing

RABITAI offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Tier: Limited stock analysis and AI chat queries
• Premium Tier: $11.99/month for unlimited access

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms:

• Title: RABITAI Premium Monthly Subscription
• Length: 1 month (30 days), automatically renewing
• Price: $11.99 USD per month
• Payment: Charged to your App Store account (iOS) or Stripe account (Android/Web) at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• Managing Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your App Store account settings (iOS) or Stripe billing portal (Android/Web). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these auto-renewable subscription terms and acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Scrape or harvest data using automated means
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraud
• Overload our systems or interfere with other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RABITAI are owned by RABITAI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Data Accuracy and Availability

We strive to provide accurate stock data, but we cannot guarantee:

• Real-time data accuracy (data may be delayed)
• Continuous service availability (we may have downtime)
• Error-free AI analysis

We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate data or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RABITAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Investment losses or financial damages
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
